9、 Dispute Resolution

 

This agreement and its revised versions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region, and Taiwan), and shall not apply conflict of laws norms. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement and its revised versions shall be resolved through friendly negotiations between the parties. If the negotiation fails, all parties have the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction in Longgang District, Shenzhen.

 

10、 Supplementary Provisions

 

（1） The titles, numbers, and other identifiers set forth in this agreement are for the convenience of writing only and shall not be used as a basis for interpreting the terms, nor shall they have the effect of division or independence presumption. The effectiveness and interpretation of each clause shall be based on the complete expression.
